What is Trauma?

It can be caused by various events such as abuse, violence, accidents, natural disasters, or the loss of a loved one, and can result in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and difficulty functioning in daily life. 


Definition: Trauma refers to an event or experience that overwhelms a person's ability to cope and leads to feelings of helplessness, fear, or horror.

4) Cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT):  CBT is a common form of therapy for trauma that helps individuals identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behavior. It can help individuals develop coping strategies and increase their sense of control.
